Layertech pledged support as co-commitment holder, for TWO commitments of the Philippine Government National Action Plan 2019-2021 for OGP:
Commitment # 3: “Increase government data utilization through the publication of high-quality datasets on the Open Data Philippines (ODPh) Portal” where the lead implementing agency is the Department of information and Communications Technology (DICT)
and
Commitment # 10 : “Stakeholders engagement in harnessing the value of PhilGEPS data” where the lead implementing agency is Procurement Service- Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PS-PHILGEPS)
Prior to these commitments, Layertech has been joining national and global OGP meetings, dialogues, brainstorming sessions, between national government actors and civil society organizations.
