WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES LAYERTECH COLLECT?
We collect the following types of information from our users:

We may receive and store any information you SEND TO US via email or social media. The mobile applications themselves, however, DO NOT collect or store any of your personal information.
The learning portal requires login credentials such as your name, organization, and e-mail address. We also give surveys before the generation of e-certificates, which collect the nature of your business/industry, your country of operation, and the size of your business.
HOW DOES LAYERTECH USE THE INFORMATION IT COLLECTS?
If ever you send us your name or e-mail, we will only use it for purposes of contacting you, for tech support, or for any concern that you want us to get back to you about. Other than that, Layertech does NOT use the information you give us, nor do we share it with any 3rd party unless explicitly stated in the collection form.
We use your demographic profiles (e.g. country of access, size of business, business nature, and industry) in non-personally identifiable and aggregate format to generate a live visualization dashboard for select partners. This is to inform partners which countries are accessing the software/learning materials and how to inform possible improvements and future localization and translation projects.
WILL LAYERTECH SHARE ANY OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION IT RECEIVES?
Unless explicit consent is given by the person who owns the personal information, Layertech does NOT store nor share your personal information outside of the collection’s intended purpose, as stated above.
CAN CHILDREN USE LAYERTECH APPLICATIONS?
Some mobile applications (e.g. Pocket Yandere Fuse) are rated PG and can only be used by persons aged 12+ or above. Please check the mobile application’s labels and Amazon Apps/Google Play’s Rating for more information.
We have learning materials in the learning portal intended for children (e.g. Learn2Code series). We highly encourage parents/guardians to actively monitor their children’s use of these modules. Explicit instructions to parents are always given at the start of the “for kids” courses.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
Layertech may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Statement in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes in the way we use personal information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our site, Facebook page, or sending you an email. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Statement when he or she uses or otherwise access the Application after such changes have been first posted.
