Legazpi City adopts Cloud City: Citizen-Centric Smart City Framework<\/strong> developed by Layertech and partners. The event on June 19, 2017, was attended by Legazpi city mayor Noel E. Rosal, Making All Voices Count Representative ( https:\/\/www.makingallvoicescount.org\/<\/a> ), Albay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) president Rosemarie Q. Rey. <\/p>

Attendees include city government employees, local businessmen, faculty, and students from Bicol University and Southern Luzon Technological College.<\/p>
