In partnership with Hivos, Layertech kicks off its Open Contracting Project, with the aim to increase and improve procurement data use and disclosure. <\/p>

Layertech develops the OCDex procurement portal, for partner Civil Society Organizations (CSO) and businesses to access good-quality procurement datasets from government agencies. In parallel, Layertech holds several capacity-building activities for partners, on how to process and generate insights from procurement data.<\/p>

The effort is supported by partner local governments in the Philippines, partner academia, partner business organizations, and partner CSOs.<\/p>
